1. Service-Based Nature
Nothing Down offers customized, service-based digital solutions. Since our services involve planning, resources, time, and effort, refunds are limited and conditional, as outlined below.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a project under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to
nothingdown2024@gmail.com or nodown@ravulacharan.com - Cancellation is valid only after official confirmation from Nothing Down.
Refund Eligibility:
- Before project work begins:
→ Partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges. - After project has started:
→ No refund will be provided as resources and time have already been allocated. - After project completion or delivery:
→ No cancellation or refund is applicable.
3. Milestone-Based Payments
For projects divided into milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Any pending or upcoming milestone can be cancelled before work begins on that phase.
4. Subscription & Recurring Services
For services such as:
- Website maintenance
- Hosting management
- Digital marketing
- AI automation support
The following applies:
- Clients may cancel future renewals by notifying us at least 7 days in advance.
- No refunds for the current or past billing cycle.
5. Delays & Client Responsibility
No refunds will be issued if a project is delayed due to:
- Late content submission
- Lack of approvals or feedback
- Non-responsiveness from the client
- Changes in scope requested mid-project
6. Cancellation by Nothing Down
Nothing Down reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- The client violates terms of agreement
- Required information or cooperation is not provided
- Payments are not made as agreed
In such cases:
- Refunds, if any, will be assessed based on work completed.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be credited within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
- Transaction or gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable
8. No Guarantee of Results
Nothing Down does not guarantee specific results such as:
- Search engine rankings
- Business revenue growth
- Social media reach or conversions
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with performance metrics.

Nothing Down reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
